Delete Your Account
If you no longer wish to use Password Equb, you can permanently delete your account and associated personal data.
What happens when you delete your account?
When your account is deleted:
- Your profile information will be permanently removed.
- Your personal data stored by password equb will be deleted.
- You will lose access to your account and all associated features.
- This action cannot be undone.
Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained for a limited period if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Transaction records for accounting or tax compliance.
- Security logs for fraud prevention.
- Records required to comply with legal obligations.
Any retained data will not be used for marketing purposes.
How to delete your account
Option 1 (Recommended)
- Open the Password Equb app.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm your choice.
Your account will be deleted.
Option 2
If you cannot access the app, submit a deletion request using the form below.
